The Bridge Pose
The difficult part of this asana for the fat student is the position of the arms and putting the hands together under the back. I simply have the student hold a strap taut between the hands, and otherwise perform the asana as usual. Breathing may be difficult, especially for large-breasted women.
As in Savasana, a cushion under the head may be in order.
