Ananda Yoga® Therapy Program Structure
& Flow Chart
We are not currently accepting new students in the Ananda Yoga Therapy Training
Ananda Yoga® Therapy Training is an 860 hour modular program, requiring a minimum of two years for completion. This minimum is a standard set forth by The International Association of Yoga Therapists.
After enrolling in the program, students are helped with deciding which courses are to be taken and when. Family, work-life and experience as a yoga instructor are all factors we use to help determine what is best for the student. Please contact us for help setting up your itinerary for this wonderful journey of learning and joy.
Our training is comprised of the following courses. They do not necessarily need to be taken in the order given. For instance, while you are gaining 80 hours of teaching experience to enter Principles, you may take other courses that do not have this prerequisite. There are a few courses one can take at any time, without having applied to the program or have taught 80 hours of yoga.
