Another great way for any past graduate of AYTT or another tradition to deepen their offerings is to take one or both of our stand alone courses. Restorative Yoga Teacher Training & Seniors and Bone Strength courses are offered to any YTT graduate at any point in their teaching experience. Both of these classes are part of Ananda Yoga Therapy Training. Because these skills and knowledge is so needed in the yoga community, we offer these two classes to any graduate of a yoga teacher training. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about these courses or anything else about our trainings we can answer for you.
