Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Rich and delicious appetizer.

Serves: 8 |
Sauté until onions are translucent:
2 tablespoons melted ghee or butter
1/2 cup onions, minced
Set aside. Then blend in food processor until minced:
1/4 cup walnuts
20 mushroom stems (set caps aside for stuf?ng)
Combine in a bowl the sautéd onions, walnut mixture, and:
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Add:
11/2 tablespoons tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. Place caps with stuffing face up on oiled baking tray. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Serve with minced parsley as garnish
