Imagine Yourself Surrounded by
an Aura of Light

Each day find a few minutes to practice this visualization. Make a commitment to practice it daily for 2-3 weeks or more, and see if you notice any effects, and changes in your consciousness. Good times to practice could include first thing in the morning, just before going to sleep, or at the end of meditation. As Paramhansa Yogananda said, be a divine scientist--try it and see if it works!
