Join us for this weekend to explore:
- What is the path of Kriya Yoga, and how to live it
- Specific techniques to accelerate spiritual growth
- How to create habits of concentration, success, and inner peace
Kriya Yoga is both a specific and powerful pranayama (energy control) meditation technique and an all-embracing spiritual path of right living, thinking, and behaving, brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda, beloved author of Autobiography of a Yogi. Yogananda called Kriya Yoga the “jet airplane route to God.”
No prior experience is necessary. This program is led by Badri Matlock, who has been practicing Kriya Yoga daily for some years.
